The Electrosleep therapy offered at MEDICA NARECHEN is an important part of this programme. By choosing the ELECTROSLEEP Package at MEDICA NARECHEN BALNEOTHERAPY COMPLEX, you receive:
- 6 nights with breakfast, lunch and dinner;
- Medical examination – at the beginning of your stay, you will be examined by a physical and rehabilitation medicine specialist, who will prescribe appropriate daily procedures according to your individual needs and health condition;
- One ELECTROSLEEP procedure every day. The method is applied using a physiotherapy device with audiovisual stimulation and is intended to support relaxation in cases of stress, anxiety, tension, sleep difficulties and reduced concentration. The device offers 30 specially developed programmes tailored to different patient needs. The procedures are carried out by experienced and specially trained professionals. Depending on your health condition and at the doctor’s discretion, the package may include a combination of 3 ELECTROSLEEP procedures and 3 reverse electrophoresis /detoxification/ procedures;
- 2 additional physiotherapy procedures every day, selected from the range of treatments offered at the medical centre – electrotherapy, magnetic therapy, laser therapy, iontophoresis, inhalation therapy and others, prescribed following the initial medical examination;
- One radon mineral water bath every day during your stay. At the doctor’s discretion, the bath may be replaced with an individual daily programme of therapeutic exercises;
- Climatotherapy – Narechenski Bani combines a mild climate with a favourable altitude. The fresh mountain breeze makes summer cool and pleasant, while the surrounding forests help reduce noise and contribute to a peaceful natural environment;
- A heated indoor pool with hydromassage zones, sauna, steam bath, sun loungers and fitness facilities are also available to you.
