We present our brand-new program “Full Restart 2025”—body detox, anti-stress therapy, and weight reduction—at the facilities of Balneocomplex “Medica Narechen” during the most colorful Rhodope season—autumn!
The package lasts one week and includes:
- 6 nights with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, based on a specially prepared dietary menu; one of the days is a light-detox day—fruit only;
- Doctor’s consultation and physiotherapy procedures for 5 days;
- Mineral water bath for 5 days
- Use of the indoor pool for underwater gymnastics with hydromassage zones, sauna, steam bath, and fitness
- Guided hikes along selected routes

The additional procedures include:
– 2 × Mechanical lymphatic drainage — to improve blood circulation and lymph flow in the waist and lower limbs
– 3 × Reverse electrophoresis /Detoxification/ — will help you get rid of toxins
– 2 × High-intensity magnet therapy — to reduce pain in specific areas of the body
Surcharges:
- – Additional procedures — scan the barcode to view all procedures offered by the medical center.
- – Rooms with a balcony: +10.00 BGN / 5.11 EUR per day.
- – Single occupancy: +15.00 BGN / 7.66 EUR per day.
Note: Bathrobes are not available in the rooms, but can be rented for 7.00 BGN / 3.57 EUR for the entire stay.
The package is valid for bookings of a group of at least 6 people.
Since some of the hiking excursions are to more remote locations, car transport will be needed. “Medica Narechen” has its own vehicle suitable for up to 6 people. When using the hotel’s car, a fee between 5.00 BGN / 2.55 EUR and 15.00 BGN / 7.66 EUR is charged, depending on the distance to the destination.

– Arrival and check-in at Balneocomplex Medica
– Free time to get acquainted with the complex and the surroundings
– 18:30–21:00 — the hotel restaurant is open for dinner
Day 2
– 08:00–08:45 — breakfast at the hotel restaurant
– Morning — walk/hike
– 12:30–13:30 — lunch at the hotel restaurant
– 14:00–16:00 — consultation and procedures
– 17:00–20:00 — use of pool, sauna, and steam bath
– 18:30–21:00 — the hotel restaurant is open for dinner
Days 3, 4, 5, 6
08:00–08:45 — breakfast at the hotel restaurant
09:00–12:30 — procedures
12:30–13:30 — lunch at the hotel restaurant
14:00–17:30 — excursion to selected destinations: eco trails in the Narechenski Bani area, Kosovo village or some of the more distant ones — Krastova Gora, The Wonderful Bridges, Mount Svoboda, Asen’s Fortress…
17:00–20:00 — use of pool, sauna, and steam bath
18:30–21:00 — the hotel restaurant is open for dinner
Day 7
08:00–08:45 — breakfast at the hotel restaurant
09:00–12:00 — no procedures are scheduled for this day, but by prior arrangement and with an additional fee, a selected procedure or a farewell walk in the mountains can be organized
12:00–13:00 — lunch at the hotel restaurant
